Integrated Trade Systems, Inc. is a wholly owned company of Petróleos Mexicanos that was created to provide procurement services for Petróleos Mexicanos and its subsidiaries (The PEMEX Group: PEMEX-Exploración y Producción, PEMEX-Refinación, PEMEX-Gas y Petroquímica Básica, and PEMEX-Petroquímica).

History
Integrated Trade Systems Inc. (ITS) was incorporated on February 18, 1994 in the state of Delaware and has been licensed to do business in Texas since June of that year. The company started operations on November 1, 1994. Petróleos Mexicanos owns 100% of ITS’ common stock.
In 1998 we released a custom-made procurement system developed exclusively for PEMEX that integrated the components of the procurement process from requisition creation to order placement, and from order expediting and logistics to invoice payment.
Since our creation, we have developed over 200 Long-Term Partnership Agreements and we have had contractual relationships with more than 1,700 suppliers in the oil equipment manufacturing and services, and other related industries.
